As per January 1, 2017, ART-DECOR Open Tools GmbH (ADOT) offers Support Plans as Service Level Agreements. We continuously ameliorate our support plans due to the experiences with our customers. We have two major categories of plans, each with three levels.
We host ART-DECOR® Software and Tools on our servers
For organizations who want support for development and/or production environments, hosted on our servers, we offer a plan with three levels. You host ART-DECOR® Software and Tools on your server
